Overview: Students will create a document, organize files, work with Windows Messenger, create an efficient work environment, work with media, clean up their system, and find information on the Internet.


Microsoft Word

Overview: Students will learn the basic skills necessary to begin using Word.

Benefits: Students will learn how to create and edit documents and use character and paragraph formatting.


Microsoft Excel

Overview: Students will learn basic worksheets skills and how to work with data in worksheets.


Microsoft Access

Lesson objectives help students become comfortable with the course, and also provide a means to evaluate learning.

Overview: Students will learn the basic skills necessary to begin using Access They will design and create databases, tables, queries,forms, and reports. This course contributes toward the Microsoft Proficiency Guidelines for Access.


Microsoft Outlook

Overview: Students will learn the fundamentals of using Outlook to coordinate mail, appointments, events, meetings, tasks, and contacts.


Microsoft PowerPoint

Performance-based objectives Lesson objectives help students become comfortable with the course,and also provide a means to evaluate learning.

Overview: Students will learn the basic skills necessary to begin effectively creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.


Modern Office Equipment

This course is design for the candidates who do not have enough knowledge and skills of functioning in an automated office setting.

The course will introduce the students to basics of office network, PC and its peripherals; printers, scan machines, fax machines, energy saving in office equipment: switching off, using standby modes and making sure the right equipment is used for the right job.


Adobe Dreamweaver CS Fundamentals & Essentials

Dreamweaver CS Fundamentals & Essentials teaches you the latest techniques for designing websites with Dreamweaver CS. You'll learn to define a web site, layout pages with CSS, use tables, create rollovers and work with templates and forms.


Accounting and Bookkeeping

Students in this program receive in-depth, practical training in office accounting procedures. A strong emphasis is placed on current business computer applications encompassing accounting, database,spreadsheet and payroll software. Particular attention is given to file management procedures. Included in the program are such financial procedures as bookkeeping, control accounts, general and subsidiary ledgers, end of fiscal period adjustments and statements,banking, inventory control and payroll preparation and reporting. In addition, students will rceive training in mathematicalapplications, business communications and employability skills.


Computerized Accounting (Simply Accounting/Quickbooks)

This course introduces you to the integrated computerized accounting system using Simply Accounting for Windows. Upon completion, the learner will be able to establish company records, maintain daily transactions using the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, account reconciliation and payroll features, and create financial statements.
