The candidate should meet one of these conditions:

  • Hold a high school diploma (DES)
  • Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies since the DEP enabled the holder to acquire a related training curriculum
  • Hold a deemed sufficient training and meet one of the following conditions:
  • a) Have interrupted their studies for at least two consecutive semesters or one school year
  • b) Have completed at least one year of postsecondary staggered over a period of one year or more

The residential real estate broker program, with a duration of 465 hours is given in two 15-week semesters. Students of this program will be prepared to take the final exam to obtain their license to practice the profession of residential Real Estate Broker.
