STUDENT LIFE

In Montreal

Montreal is the second largest city in Canada. The metropolitan area is located in the province of Quebec and is currently home to 4 million people. It is an important cultural, industrial, commercial and financial center. The city has not only the most diversified economy in Canada but also many cultural treasures such as the Montreal Jazz Festival, International Fireworks Festival, Francofolies, Just For Laughs Comedy Festival and many others.

Montreal was recognized by the fifth edition of the QS Best Student Cities Index as the best city in the world for international students. The city is the cultural capital of the country because of its diversity of communities and variety of languages spoken. Thus, Montreal would be an excellent choice for students of all origins since it is possible for them to find a community that corresponds to them in order to facilitate their integration process into Quebec society.

In Montreal, there is a well-developed transportation system that allows all residents to get around without difficulty. Means of transportation include the train, bus and metro system, which are easily accessible to all. The cost of transportation is very affordable in Montreal because of the reduced rates for students. This makes it much easier for students to overcome the challenges of the big city.

At the College

Canada College Inc. is located in the heart of downtown Montreal. It is close to many services such as medical and dental clinics, hospitals, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, libraries, parks, etc. In addition, there are many jobs available close to campus which reduces the amount of travel students have to make. The proximity of the college to all its services allows students to devote more time to their studies in order to better succeed academically while meeting their other needs.
